Position Summary

To support this growth, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns. This individual will play a key role in analyzing market dynamics, shaping our marketing roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Marketing Manager – Roles and Responsibilities

Maviance PLC is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive product positioning, market growth, and customer engagement. This role requires a proactive and analytical leader who can manage marketing operations and cross-functional collaborations from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement market segmentation strategies to target key customer groups effectively.

  • Create strong differentiation strategies to position products clearly and competitively in the market.

  • Conduct market research, surveys, and benchmarking to gather insights on trends, customer needs, and competitors.

  • Analyze collected data to generate actionable insights that support both marketing strategies and product development.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept and launch to post-launch performance and optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build product roadmaps, marketing plans, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Track and improve product performance based on feedback, analytics, and market shifts.

  • Lead and oversee marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and aligned with company objectives.

  • Develop project timelines, allocate budgets, and measure performance against defined KPIs.

  • Coordinate efforts between internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Design and deliver training programs for internal teams on new products, tools, and strategies.

  • Offer continuous support to ensure effective execution of marketing plans and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a strong advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data for marketing decisions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to market trends and business needs.

  • Skilled in tailoring campaigns for diverse markets and multicultural audiences.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to build engaging, high-impact campaigns.

  • Interest in technology and its potential to drive meaningful social change.

  • Willing to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
