JOB OBJECTIVE
To provide top-tier service and foster client relationships aimed at bolstering product sales and expanding our clientele base.
KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Deposit Growth: Execute strategies to increase deposits.
- Revenue Generation: Drive initiatives to boost revenue.
- Product Sales (Cross Selling): Actively promote and sell various products.
- New Client Acquisition: Expand our client base.
- Digital Product Sales (Mobile App, Ecobank Online): Promote and facilitate sales of digital products.
- Loan Portfolio Management: Manage the loan portfolio effectively.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
- Proactive Client Relationship Management: Anticipate and address client needs, ensuring satisfaction while meeting performance targets.
- Direct Banking Product Sales: Facilitate onboarding of clients and promote sales.
- Client Instruction Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of client instructions.
- Product Knowledge: Attain proficiency in Classic Banking products and services.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE
- Resolve Client Queries: Address day-to-day client inquiries and assist in issue resolution.
LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Portfolio Performance Reporting: Track and provide weekly reports on portfolio performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within the team environment.
PROCESS CONTROL AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to operational risk and compliance guidelines, including KYC and anti-money laundering measures.
- Credit Portfolio Monitoring: Regularly monitor credit portfolio to maintain NPL below 3%.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 Years Experience: Demonstrated experience in Banking, Marketing, or Sales, preferably within FMCG organizations.
- Solid Business Acumen: Proven track record in product knowledge and personnel development.
- Operational Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of operations, technology, and customer service dynamics essential for driving Classic banking business.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in fields such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French.

- Customer and Market Focus: Oriented towards customer needs and adept at networking.
- Strategic Direction Setting: Ability to set clear direction and ensure effective execution.
