Vacancy: 06 Direct Sales Agents
Monthly salary: 80,000 fcfa + sales commissions
Duty station: Yaoundé
Full Time: 40 hours / week

Duties and Responsibilities
- Opening of accounts especially Individual Savings Account (ISA), Tara Savings Account (TASA), Term Deposit Account and salary accounts of all categories
- Cross-selling of various products to owners of various accounts
- Attaining or exceeding sales objectives
- Participating actively in sales meetings
- Carrying out sales prospection and ensuring a robust execution of weekly prospection plans
Key Attributes and Skills
- Holder of at least a 1st degree (or its equivalent) in banking, finance, sales, marketing or any related discipline
- Bilingual in French and English
- At least one (01) year of experience acquired in a microfinance or banking institution in the sales function
- Track record of constantly hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong ability to learn and master microfinance products
- Very strong knowledge of the Biyemassi neighbourhood in Yaoundé and its surrounding neighbourhoods
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and attain or exceed objectives
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
