Role Overview

K Hotel Douala is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join his team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing the hotel at various industry events.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations

• Negotiate and close contracts with clients

• Provide customers with a list of available services and corresponding prices

• Offer discounts with prior management approval

• Assist clients in selecting services that meet their needs and specifications

• Supervise bookings for banquet facilities, rooms, and hotel outlets

• Ensure services are properly organized and executed

• Monitor the quality of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

• Carry out business intelligence and competitor analysis

• Prospect and grow the hotel’s customer base

• Assist in tracking and following up on event-related payments

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic insights

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong asset

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field

• Fluent in English
