Position: Human Resources Manager

CHIMEDE is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Douala, Cameroon.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in English and French

• Minimum of 7 years of proven HR experience

• Strong expertise in managing the recruitment process

• Experience in coordinating employee benefits, retirement plans, contract terminations, and employee status changes

• Skilled in handling employee relations and conflict resolution

• Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting tools

• Sound knowledge of CNPS regulations and compliance with statutory labor bodies

Responsibilities:

As an HR Manager at CHIMEDE, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and optimizing recruitment strategies

• Ensuring legal compliance across all HR activities

• Managing staff lifecycle from onboarding to exit

• Supporting employee engagement and well-being

• Generating accurate HR reports to support decision-making
