  • Manager – Sales.FibreCo

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth and providing sales support for fixed infrastructure wholesale services within CAR FibreCo. The role serves both internal stakeholders (MTN Group Operating Companies) and external clients, including global carriers, ISPs, mobile network operators, and digital service providers.

The incumbent will design and implement initiatives that strengthen the strategic positioning of connectivity solutions, with the objective of maximizing revenue generation across the CAR FibreCo wholesale portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager – Sales Accounts will be responsible for delivering the following key outcomes:

  • Lead the growth of CAR FibreCo’s wholesale business by generating incremental revenue from both internal customers (OpCos) and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to secure the necessary organizational resources to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of business targets.
  • Oversee the execution of the annual business plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder value creation, while leveraging business intelligence insights to enhance product positioning and competitive advantage.
  • Develop and manage an executive-level customer engagement and relationship program, supporting consultative selling and strategic discussions at senior management and board level.
  • Define and implement wholesale market strategies for fixed infrastructure services targeting global customers, including hyperscalers, digital platforms, and international carriers, while managing end-to-end customer relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery and implementation of contracted services through close coordination with implementation and managed service teams.
  • Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales and service delivery lifecycle.
  • Customize commercial and technical solutions in line with applicable regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to manage suppliers, infrastructure assets, and end-to-end commercial solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence on capacity trends, pricing evolution, and customer insights to support pricing strategy adjustments and business decision-making.
  • Develop robust business cases and demand forecasts for both internal and external markets to support capacity planning and revenue projections.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of international assets to maximize group financial returns.
  • Drive product demand growth through innovative go-to-market strategies, pricing models, financing structures, and bundled service offerings.
  • Define and execute wholesale sales strategy and best practices, identifying emerging customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities.
  • Set, monitor, and ensure achievement of ambitious revenue and market share targets within the wholesale segment.
  • Supervise and evaluate sales team performance, contributing insights to consolidated management reporting.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership presence, credibility, and integrity to earn trust and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prioritize activities based on customer demand and business priorities.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration across multiple business units to ensure effective delivery of wholesale solutions.
  • Analyze competitive dynamics and market positioning within the wholesale fixed connectivity sector.
  • Ensure accurate transaction recording, billing, and timely revenue collection for all customer engagements.

Auditor – Data Modeling & Analytics (Internal Audit & Forensics)

Job Summary

The Auditor – Data Modeling & Analytics will support the Internal Audit and Forensics function by delivering data-driven assurance activities focused on technology, systems, and information security controls. The role is responsible for identifying risks, evaluating control effectiveness, and providing insights that strengthen governance, compliance, and operational integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering the following core outcomes:

  • Execute technology-focused audit plans to assess risks, control weaknesses, and ensure compliance with internal policies as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate actively in high-priority and high-risk internal audits, performing end-to-end audit procedures including data analysis, log and report reviews, system and process assessments, stakeholder interviews, testing activities, and preparation of audit documentation and reports in line with internal methodologies.
  • Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key control areas, including information security, system development lifecycle, infrastructure upgrades, disaster recovery, pre- and post-implementation reviews, IT governance, technology risk management, and change management processes.
  • Design and execute automated testing procedures on systems and controls using data analytics tools, scripts, and datasets to continuously monitor system changes and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver clear, evidence-based audit findings and recommendations supported by data analysis, visualization, and trend interpretation to support risk mitigation and improve technology governance.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the annual audit plan, ensuring appropriate coverage of technology risks within the specialized domain.
  • Conduct audits related to the enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (eGRC) system in alignment with Group Internal Audit and Forensics standards and methodologies.
  • Monitor and follow up on the timely implementation of audit recommendations to ensure closure of identified issues.
  • Support the enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Assess cybersecurity and information security controls, identify vulnerabilities, and evaluate compliance with established security frameworks and standards.
  • Leverage data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled techniques to enhance risk assessment capabilities, expand audit coverage, and enable continuous auditing and assurance.
