Compétences / Qualifications

- Connaissance des techniques marketing offline (les différents canaux de communications);
- Capacité d’établir et exécuter un plan d’action marketing ;
- Participer à des sessions de brainstorming en actions commerciales ;
- Capacité de fixer, suivre et analyser des Kpi’s;
- Avoir un bon carnet d’adresse ou capacité à développer un carnet d’adresse d’influence ;
- Avoir une bonne force de négociation (capable de vendre un œuf à une poule);
- Veille concurrentielle et tenir en alerte des pratiques de la concurrence ;
- Capaciter à communiquer pour le compte de la société sur les réseaux sociaux (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, linkedIn etc.), et développer sa visibilité sur le web ;
- Aider à la création de contenu écrit, vidéo et d’images pour les canaux de marketing ;
- Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et verbale (idéalement en anglais et en français);
- Esprit d’innovation et objectif orienté ;
- Excellent esprit d’équipe ;
- Être d’une excellente moralité et d’une intégrité irréprochable ;

- Knowledge of offline marketing techniques (different communication channels);
- Ability to establish and execute a marketing plan of action;
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions;
- Ability to set, monitor and analyse Kpi’s;
- Have networking skills or ability to develop an influential network;
- Good negotiation skills (able to sell an egg to a chicken);
- Competitive awareness and keeping track of competitors’ practices;
- Ability to communicate via the company social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn etc.), and develop their visibility on the web;
- Assist in the creation of written, video and image content for marketing channels;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ideally in English and French);
- Innovative and goal-oriented;
- Excellent team spirit;
- Be of excellent character and impeccable integrity;
