COMMERCIAL & GROWTH DIRECTION
Missions
- Develop and implement a comprehensive route-to-market strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the company’s presence across various channels, including:
- Traditional trade
- Modern trade
- E-commerce
- Emerging channels
- Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery to customers.
- Gather and analyze data on customer and consumer behavior to inform RTC (Route-to-Consumer) strategies and continuously improve the route-to-market approach.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of RTC strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Profil
- MBA or advanced degree required.
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or logistics are a plus (e.g., Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Professional in Logistics (CPL)).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in:
- Sales and commercial operations
- Field sales roles
- RTC leadership positions, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and total beverage sectors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
