Africa Technology Services (ATS), entité technologique du Groupe ACTIVA, poursuit une vision ambitieuse : devenir le partenaire incontournable des solutions IT et digitales dédiées au secteur de l’assurance en Afrique subsaharienne.

Dans cette dynamique, le département Infrastructure est au cœur de plusieurs initiatives stratégiques telles que :

• La migration complète de nos services métiers et IT vers le Cloud.

• La sécurisation et l’industrialisation de nos environnements applicatifs (plus de 13 plateformes à date).

• L’optimisation des coûts d’exploitation et la réduction de la dépendance aux prestataires externes.

Vos responsabilités

Rattaché à la direction du groupe, vous aurez en charge la gestion et l’évolution de l’ensemble des infrastructures IT couvrant 11 filiales réparties sur 7 pays. À ce titre, vous devrez notamment :

• Définir et piloter la stratégie Cloud (Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).

• Conduire les projets de transformation IT (modernisation, sécurité, migration, etc.).

• Garantir la résilience, la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes et des réseaux.

• Encadrer les équipes support (niveau groupe et local).

• Gérer le parc matériel et logiciel : licences, serveurs, réseaux, postes utilisateurs.

• Collaborer avec les DSI pays pour assurer le déploiement cohérent de la roadmap groupe.

• Élaborer et suivre le budget Infrastructure, avec une attention portée sur la mutualisation et la rationalisation des coûts.

• S’assurer de la conformité réglementaire (ISO 27001, RGPD, PCA/PRA, etc.) à travers l’ensemble des filiales.

Profil recherché

Formation

• Diplôme de niveau Bac +5 en informatique, télécommunications ou domaines similaires.

Expérience

• Minimum 5 ans à un poste équivalent, de préférence dans un environnement multi-sites ou groupe international.

• Expérience concrète dans les environnements Cloud hybrides, la sécurité des réseaux et la gestion de projets IT.

Compétences techniques clés

• Solide maîtrise des environnements Azure, AWS ou GCP, virtualisation (VMWare), systèmes Windows Server & Linux.

• Expertise en administration réseau (LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, firewalls).

• Utilisation d’outils de supervision (Zabbix, Nagios, Azure Monitor, etc.).

• Bonne connaissance des référentiels ITIL v4, ISO 27001, DevSecOps et des approches CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code.

Certifications appréciées

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (ou niveau supérieur)

• Cisco CCNA/CCNP

• ITIL v3/v4

• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (atout)

Langues

• Maîtrise du français

• Bon niveau d’anglais professionnel requis

Qualités personnelles

• Transitioning all internal and business IT services to cloud environments

• Industrializing and securing a suite of over 13 enterprise applications

• Optimizing operational costs and reducing reliance on external service providers

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, the Infrastructure, Network & IT Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Group’s IT infrastructure, covering 11 subsidiaries across 7 countries. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing the Group’s cloud infrastructure strategy (Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)

• Leading modernization and transformation projects, including infrastructure migration and cybersecurity initiatives

• Guaranteeing the availability, resilience, performance, and security of all systems and networks

• Managing centralized and local support teams, including Helpdesk operations

• Administering IT assets: licenses, servers, network components, and end-user equipment

• Coordinating with local IT departments to align with the Group’s technology roadmap

• Overseeing the infrastructure budget, consolidating expenses, and identifying cost optimization opportunities

• Ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, BCP/DRP, etc.)

Candidate Profile

Educational Background:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related discipline

Professional Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational or multi-country context

• Solid background in hybrid cloud architecture, virtualization, cybersecurity, and infrastructure project management

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), virtualization tools (VMWare), and system administration (Windows Server, Linux)

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Azure Monitor)

• Strong competencies in network administration (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, SD-WAN)

• Good understanding of IT frameworks and methodologies: ISO 27001, ITIL v4, DevSecOps

• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or higher

• Cisco certifications (CCNA / CCNP) or equivalent

• ITIL v3/v4 certification

• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer certification is a strong plus

Languages:

• Fluent in French

• Professional working proficiency in English required
