Une entreprise du secteur industriel, basée à Douala, recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de paie.

Missions principales

  • Préparer, calculer et valider les bulletins de paie chaque mois.
  • Gérer les variables de paie (heures supplémentaires, primes, absences, congés, etc.).
  • Établir et transmettre les déclarations fiscales et sociales dans les délais légaux.
  • Veiller à la conformité avec les évolutions légales et conventionnelles en matière de paie.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme : Bac+3 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Comptabilité ou équivalent.
  • Expérience : Minimum 3 ans en gestion de paie, idéalement dans le secteur industriel.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de paie et des outils bureautiques (Excel avancé).
  • Connaissance approfondie de la législation sociale et fiscale camerounaise.
  • Rigueur, discrétion et sens de l’organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and commercial strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales performance tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the export sales strategy for the assigned countries.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with distributors, importers, and key partners in each country.
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and commercial agreements with export clients.
  • Supervise export processes: customs clearance, logistics coordination, and product availability.
  • Track sales performance, market penetration, and propose growth initiatives.
  • Monitor local regulations, taxes, and trade barriers that could impact export.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, business forums, and networking events.

Required Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Trade, Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in export sales or international business development, preferably in FMCG or beverages.
  • Proven ability to manage international partners and sales operations across multiple countries.
  • Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, export documentation, and regional regulations.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the Central African region.
