Offre d’emploi: Spécialiste en Gestion Programmes Humanitaire

Please note: Applicants who are NOT ordinarily resident in Cameroon must have the required work and/or residency permits to be considered for this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

To be considered, candidates must meet the following Minimum Qualifications. Applications will be pre-screened, and only those meeting these qualifications will be reviewed:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in agriculture, economics, international development, statistics, nutrition, public health, social sciences, or a related field.
• Prior Work Experience:
  1. At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in humanitarian assistance and/or international development programs.
  2. At least two (2) years of experience managing humanitarian assistance programs.
  3. At least two (2) years of experience in humanitarian program monitoring and/or evaluation.
• Language Proficiency: English Level III; French Level III

MARKET VALUE: 28,752,650 CFA – 47,842,126 CFA (equivalent to FSN-11 in accordance with AIDAR Appendix J and the Local Compensation Plan of USAID/Cameroon). Final compensation will be negotiated within this range.
