Recruitment 2021 of seven (7) Sales Representatives

A local industrial and commercial company is currently looking for seven (7) Sales Representatives for their activities in Douala and Yaoundé.

Sales prospection in Outlet
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual Sales goals
Achieve sales (volume & value) objectives by Customer hierarchy & Product hierarchy assigned.
Develop and build sales universe outlets for the given sectors that ensure full Coverage.
Achieve numerical distribution (Simple & weighted) KPIs and other AVA objectives by Customer hierarchy & Product hierarchy assigned
Participate actively in the business planning meetings (WOR, MSR) and collaborate with team to provide the high-quality input.
Maintain regular customer contact with prospects and customers

Be holder of a GCE Advance level certificate with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Marketing and/or Sales preferably with FMCGs – Fast Moving Consumer Goods
Should be holder of a Category A or B driver’s license and preferably between the ages of 22 and 27.
Demonstrate tenacity, discipline and focus
Have good communication skills, be ethical and attentive to detail
Show professionalism, with the ability to work with small business owners
Good knowledge of the regions’ geographics and markets.
Be able to communicate in English and/or French
