The Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated and multi-talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll work collaboratively to provide top-notch assistance to our customers, addressing any technical issues they encounter while using our services.
Your Ideal Profile:
- At least 2 years of college education
- Excellent English and French communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Passionate about helping others
- Flexible with a 24/7 shift schedule
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and grow
- Enthusiasm for the sports industry
- Knowledge of football betting is a plus
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure betPawa customers have the best possible experience with our products.
- Provide support via email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Be adaptable and available to work 24/7 shifts as needed.
- Proactively share customer feedback to help us improve.
- Contribute to other company projects as opportunities arise.
