GBA Africa, a leading [industry/sector] company, is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our technological infrastructure and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, and hardware.
- Proactively identify and resolve IT issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Implement and upgrade software applications, troubleshoot performance problems.
- Research and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide comprehensive IT support to employees, including training and technical assistance.
- Collaborate with team members on IT projects, system design, and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and systems administration (2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), software applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Workspace), and hardware.
- Experience with project management and IT certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
