Job Title: Senior Consultant – Strategic Finance Transformation

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is recruiting a Senior Consultant in Finance Planning & Analysis team.

Overview:

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Strategic Finance Transformation, you will be a key member of a dynamic team dedicated to solving complex financial challenges for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to drive transformative change in areas such as budgeting, cost accounting, and management reporting. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients toward sustainable financial solutions and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations on financial matters, including identifying and addressing complex challenges.
• Solution Development: Develop innovative solutions that optimize financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with client personnel at all levels, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services and fostering client satisfaction.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring their successful contribution to projects.
• Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest regional and global economic and business trends, with a particular focus on finance trends and their impact on our clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable university in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, or IT.
• Professional Qualifications: ACCA, SAP, 1C, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience:
  1. Proven track record in finance technology transformation, budgeting, reporting, or financial modeling.
  2. Strong client-centric approach with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse teams.
  3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Russian and English.

• Passion for innovation in finance, with knowledge of emerging technologies like blockchain, RPA, and AI.
