LBS CEREER is currently seeking a Training Coordinator to manage, design and schedule training programs.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to oversee the operations of our School of Legal & Business Studies. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive training programs that equip professionals with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in the legal and business fields.
Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead and manage all aspects of the School of Legal & Business Studies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs.
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging training curricula that align with industry trends and client needs.
- Training Delivery: Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and through e-learning platforms.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute conferences, workshops, and other professional development events.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role, preferably within the legal or business sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Additional Skills: Event management experience is a plus.
