Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Union Bank of Cameroon PLC recrute en externe des AGENTS DE VENTE DIRECTE (AVD).

Contexte du recrutement

Après une première phase marquée par de nombreux défis, Union Bank of Cameroon (UBC) a réussi à se repositionner efficacement sur un marché bancaire très concurrentiel. Grâce à une prospection soutenue et une visibilité commerciale renforcée, la Banque lance aujourd’hui la Phase 2 du projet « DSA-AVD », avec pour objectifs :

• Renforcer son offre produits

• Accélérer son développement commercial

Dans ce contexte, UBC recherche des Agents de Vente Directe (AVD) dans les villes suivantes : Douala – Limbé – Kumba – Yaoundé – Bafoussam – Bamenda

 Mission du poste

En tant qu’Agent de Vente Directe, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le développement du portefeuille client d’UBC. Vos responsabilités incluent :

• Prospection terrain et recrutement de nouveaux clients

• Promotion des produits bancaires phares : application Prozpera, cartes GIMAC/VISA, offres de crédit, solutions de bancassurance, etc.

•  Réalisation de ventes croisées à partir du portefeuille existant

• Participation aux campagnes de réactivation des comptes dormants

•  Contribution active à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux : ouvertures de comptes, dépôts initiaux, équipements digitaux…

Profil recherché

• Âge : 20 à 30 ans

• Diplôme minimum : HND/BTS en commerce, marketing ou disciplines similaires

• Une expérience en vente directe ou prospection (6 mois minimum) est un atout majeur

• Goût prononcé pour le travail de terrain

• Bonne maîtrise des outils digitaux

• Autonomie, motivation et orientation résultats

• Excellent relationnel et capacité à convaincre

Project: PROZPERA – Phase 2

 Context:

After a first phase filled with valuable lessons and major challenges, Union Bank of Cameroon Plc (UBC) has successfully repositioned itself in a highly competitive banking landscape. Through intensive field prospecting and enhanced commercial visibility, we are now entering Phase 2 of the DSA-AVD Project, aiming to:

• Strengthen our product offering

• Accelerate commercial development

• Expand our client base across key cities

 Locations:

We are actively recruiting Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) in the following cities:

• Douala

• Limbe

• Kumba

• Bamenda

• Yaoundé

• Bafoussam

 Your Role as a Direct Sales Agent:

As a DSA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding UBC’s market presence and acquiring new customers. Your main responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and recruiting new customers on the field

• Promoting key banking products such as:

  1. UBC Mobile Application

  2. GIMAC / VISA cards

  3. Consumer credit offers

  4. Bancassurance solutions

• Cross-selling products within UBC’s existing client base

• Reactivating dormant accounts through campaigns

• Achieving commercial targets including:

  1. New account openings

  2. Short-term and fixed-term deposits

  3. Digital product onboarding

 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Age: Between 20 and 30 years

• Education: Minimum of HND/BTS in Business, Marketing, or related fields

• Experience: At least 6 months in direct sales or field prospecting is a plus

• Field-oriented, with a strong passion for customer interaction

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented

•  Excellent communication and persuasion skills
