Objectif du poste :

En appui à l’ingénieur chargé du suivi, le Contrôleur des Travaux est responsable de superviser la bonne exécution technique des projets dans le cadre du Plan de Redressement du Secteur de l’Électricité.

Dans le cadre de ses activités au Cameroun, Eneo Cameroon S.A. recrute actuellement 05 Contrôleurs des Travaux.

Missions principales :

• Préparer les documents nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des chantiers avec les entreprises prestataires ;

• Vérifier la conformité des travaux réalisés et du matériel utilisé aux cahiers des charges et aux normes en vigueur ;

• Élaborer des rapports techniques réguliers et participer aux réunions de coordination ;

• Contrôler la qualité à chaque étape clé du chantier, identifier les écarts et suivre la mise en conformité ;

• Veiller au respect strict des consignes HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) par les sous-traitants ;

• Participer activement aux opérations de réception des ouvrages ;

• Assurer la bonne restitution des équipements par les sous-traitants auprès des magasins ENEO.

Profil recherché :

• Formation technique Bac+2 minimum dans les domaines de l’électricité, électrotechnique, électromécanique ou génie civil ;

• Expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans le suivi de projets d’infrastructures électriques.

Compétences requises :

Techniques :

• Solide compréhension des réseaux HTA/BT et de leurs composantes ;

• Maîtrise des normes de construction électrique et de la réglementation HSE ;

• Compétence en gestion de projets et suivi budgétaire ;

• Bonnes capacités de planification et d’analyse ;

• Aisance dans la rédaction de rapports techniques ;

• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Suite Office) et logiciels techniques (AutoCAD, Matlab, MS Project…) ;

• Bonne maîtrise du français, avec des connaissances en anglais appréciées.

As part of its operations in Cameroon, Eneo Cameroon S.A. is currently recruiting 5 Work Supervisors.

Position Summary

We are looking for experienced Work Supervisors to support the Project Monitoring Engineer in executing activities related to the Electricity Sector Adjustment Plan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the quality, safety, and compliance of electrical construction works.

Main Responsibilities

• Draft technical protocols and documentation related to the commissioning of subcontractors

• Ensure that all materials and work delivered align with established specifications and standards

• Prepare inspection reports and participate in coordination and review meetings

• Conduct quality checks, detect any non-compliance issues, and ensure prompt corrective actions are taken

• Monitor subcontractors’ adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations during on-site activities

• Assist in the final acceptance and approval of completed work

• Manage the return of equipment temporarily stored in ENEO facilities by subcontractors

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of two years of higher education in a technical discipline (Electricity, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Civil Engineering, etc.)

• At least three years of hands-on experience supervising electrical construction projects

Technical Skills Required

• Strong understanding of MV/LV electrical network structures and components

• In-depth knowledge of applicable construction and electrical safety standards

• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies

• Basic budgeting and resource allocation knowledge

• Proficient in drafting technical and inspection reports

• Competent in using standard office tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and technical software such as AutoCAD and MS Project

• Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

• Fluent in both French and English
