Vos missions principales
Vous serez chargé(e) d’assister les équipes dans la gestion administrative afin de garantir une meilleure efficacité des opérations et un traitement optimal du processus de facturation.
Profil recherché
Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) dynamique répondant aux critères suivants :

Diplôme Bac+2 en Gestion ou équivalent ;

Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans le secrétariat ou la gestion administrative ;
-
Très bonne maîtrise des procédures de facturation ;
-
Excellentes compétences en organisation, rigueur et sens du détail ;

Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à prioriser efficacement ;

Maîtrise parfaite du français (écrit et oral) avec de solides compétences en anglais professionnel ;

Excellente connaissance des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
