Glotelho, leader de la distribution au Cameroun, recherche un technicien de surface dynamique et rigoureux pour maintenir la propreté et l’hygiène de nos locaux à Douala.
Vos missions :
- Assurer l’entretien quotidien des espaces de vente, bureaux, sanitaires et extérieurs
- Nettoyer, désinfecter et ranger les différentes zones selon les protocoles établis
- Gérer les stocks de produits et matériels d’entretien
- Remonter les anomalies ou besoins éventuels à votre responsable
- Respecter les consignes de sécurité et d’hygiène en vigueur
Votre profil :
- Expérience en nettoyage professionnel appréciée
- Souci du détail et sens de l’organisation
- Autonomie, esprit d’équipe et sens du service
- Bonne condition physique
- Ponctualité et présentation soignée

Position Summary:
As a Surface Technician, you will play a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities. You will be responsible for the upkeep of our showroom, offices, common areas, restrooms, and external environment. Your diligence and attention to detail will ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Promptly report any maintenance or cleaning concerns to your supervisor
- Adhere to all company health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and lifting
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
