Eligibility Requirements for the Skoltech Scholarship in Russia

Admission Requirements for Programs:

For the Master’s:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.

For the Ph.D.:

• Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.

Other General Conditions:

• Academic excellence: Applicants must have a good overall academic record.
• Nationality: The scholarship is open to both domestic and international students.
• No exceptions: The listed criteria are strictly applied without exception.

Language Requirements: To demonstrate your English proficiency, only TOEFL and IELTS tests are accepted:

• TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 80
• TOEFL ITP: Minimum score of 450
• IELTS: Minimum score of 6

Exemption Possible: If you have obtained your degree from a university where English is the primary language of instruction, you may be exempted from these tests.
