WWF–Amano Fellowship Nomination: 2026 Cohort

The WWF–Amano Fellowship is a nine-month mentorship program for emerging conservation leaders aged 21–30. It aims to strengthen local leadership through targeted mentorship, coaching and learning opportunities, enabling participants to create sustainable impact within their communities.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership in conservation or related fields (e.g., education, policy, advocacy, communications, community organizing).
  • Proven community impact through self-initiated actions that benefit people and nature.
  • Applicants must be 21–30 years old and come from one of the eligible WWF International offices: Vietnam, Cameroon, CAR, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe.
  • Open to all genders. Women are strongly encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • The program is conducted 100% remotely and entirely in English. Applicants must have reliable internet access to participate in virtual trainings and meetings.
  • The program is fully external, meaning applicants must not have any past or current professional experience with WWF.
