Responsibilities

1. Drive New User Growth: Develop innovative product offerings, implement effective content marketing strategies, orchestrate impactful social media campaigns, and foster collaborations with affiliates to unlock new user growth.
2. Strategic Marketing Partner Management: Manage and cultivate relationships with strategic marketing partners, conduct channel experiments, refine audience messaging, and ensure accountability for marketing spend.
3. Integrated Campaigns Leadership: Lead integrated campaigns from inception, including strategic planning and brief creation, to execution and performance measurement.
4. Paid and Organic Experimentation: Establish and expand a robust approach to paid and organic experimentation, encompassing creativity, app store optimization, and landing page optimization to enhance return on investment (ROI).
5. Retention Marketing Ownership: Take ownership of retention marketing strategies and lifecycle campaigns to ensure sustained user engagement.
6. Brand Shaping in Francophone Markets: Contribute to shaping the Binance brand in key Francophone markets, playing a pivotal role in establishing a strong presence.
7. Campaign Effectiveness Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and offer data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

1. Relevant Marketing Experience: Possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the fields of Fintech, BtoC mobile, or community-driven brand/web3.
2. Execution-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive and execution-oriented mindset, coupled with humility, drive, and resourcefulness to accomplish tasks.
3. Crypto/Blockchain/Technology Interest: Display a strong interest and knowledge in crypto, blockchain, and technology.
4. Fluency in French: Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken French, as it is a mandatory requirement.
5. Independence in Work: Be capable of working independently to drive initiatives and meet objectives.
6. Educational Background: Possess a university degree related to Marketing, which is considered a plus.
7. Coordination Skills and Strategic Mindset: Exhibit strong coordination skills and a strategic mindset, particularly in the realm of marketing.
8. Familiarity with Marketing Avenues: Have familiarity with both online and offline marketing avenues, including social media, community management, and event management.
