HUAWEI is recruiting for it’s service needs a Business Analyst (M/F).
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead high-level marketing customer engagement activities such as meetings with Telecom Operators, CMOs, CEOs, workshops, and summits to collect customer feedback and present Huawei solutions. Focus on engaging with high-level decision makers.
- Build trust and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support deeper cooperation, information sharing, and acceptance of Huawei’s recommended solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive engagement materials, including analysis, case studies, and recommendations, to influence customer buy-in for Huawei’s consulting solutions.
- Explore regional and global telecom trends for a deep understanding of telecom market opportunities and the challenges of market development.
- Collect and analyze diverse data sources, both internal and external, to identify customer business and marketing pain points. These include dimensions such as strategy, marketing mix, financial performance, customer experience, services, sales channels, and operational efficiency.
- Formulate business and technology consulting solutions tailored to customer needs, aligned with their capabilities and budgets, to solve their challenges and deliver effective results.
Required Skills:
- Extraordinary presentation skills that facilitate high-level customer engagement, influencing their decision-making process in both business and technology domains.
- Strong analytical abilities to extract valuable insights, organizing them into logical frameworks for actionable decision-making.
- Extensive research skills: capable of gathering, filtering, validating, and organizing information from multiple sources.
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region for at least 35% of the time, with the flexibility to adapt to different cultures and work environments.
Position Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Development, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing or commercial roles within the Telecommunication Industry, preferably with one of the leading operators in the Middle East or North Africa. A minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a CMO or Marketing Director.
- Fluent in both English and French.
