Key Responsibilities

As a Bartender, you will:

• Take and deliver orders promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve a wide selection of drinks, including cocktails, wines, beers, soft drinks, and mixers.
• Assist with food service and support the floor team when needed.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotional offerings.
• Keep the bar and service areas organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Accurately process payments and manage guest accounts.
• Respond to guest inquiries with courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for a Bartender who embodies Hilton’s values and commitment to exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Prior experience in a cocktail bar or similar environment.
• Strong mixology skills and the ability to craft classic cocktails.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive, adaptable approach to different service situations.
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
