Beetle Heritage Holding recrute un(e) stagiaire professionnel(le) archiviste (H/F) pour renforcer son dispositif de gestion documentaire.

Poste basé à Douala – Cameroun.

Cette opportunité s’adresse aux jeunes professionnels formés en archivistique, gestion documentaire ou sciences de l’information, souhaitant acquérir une expérience concrète en entreprise.

 Missions principales

Sous la supervision de la hiérarchie, le/la stagiaire archiviste aura pour missions de :

  • Participer à la mise en place des outils et techniques de gestion des archives afin de faciliter la sauvegarde, la recherche et l’accès aux documents du Groupe ;
  • Contribuer à l’organisation, au contrôle et au suivi du cycle de vie des archives (création, conservation, élimination) ;
  • Veiller au maintien de l’intégrité et à la préservation de l’authenticité des documents lors des opérations de traitement, de conservation et d’exploitation ;
  • Appuyer les services internes dans la structuration et la valorisation de l’information documentaire.

Profil recherché

 Niveau académique

  • Diplôme en sciences de l’information documentaire, option archivistique, ou tout diplôme équivalent.

 Expérience professionnelle

  • Une première expérience à un poste similaire est un atout apprécié.

Compétences requises

  • Bonne maîtrise des normes et règles d’analyse, de classement et d’archivage documentaire ;
  • Connaissance des techniques d’inventaire et de gestion des archives ;
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques : Word, Excel, PowerPoint ;
  • Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale.

Qualités personnelles

  • Esprit d’équipe ;
  • Résistance au stress ;
  • Réactivité, disponibilité et sens de l’organisation.

JOB OFFER IN DOUALA – (01) GROUP QHSE DIRECTOR

ASSIGNMENT

The QHSE Director ensures product quality, employee safety, and environmental sustainability at production sites. They manage the quality assurance system from raw material receipt to finished product storage, ensuring smooth operation and traceability.

The Group QHSE Director establishes and leads Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental strategies across all FMCG operations, ensuring compliance with international food safety standards and driving continuous improvement for product quality, consumer safety, employee well-being, and sustainability.

ACTIVITIES

Definition of the QHSE policy

  • Define quality and industrial risk prevention objectives according to the regulatory context (legislative framework, labels and certifications obtained) and the guidelines of the general management.
  • Provide operational support to all internal departments to ensure compliance of facilities and processes with quality, hygiene, and safety requirements and regulations.
  • Negotiate with the factory management the necessary resources (human, technical, financial, time) for the implementation of this policy.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of regulatory developments relating to quality, hygiene, safety, the environment, and working conditions.
  • Analyze and synthesize legal documents to translate regulations and standards into actionable instructions and actions (QHSE management system).

Development of an action plan

  • Establish quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental indicators to conduct audits by the departments.
  • Implement a quality improvement program (process/product) with operational management at production sites (charter, indicators, etc.).
  • Analyze risks related to employees, work equipment, the product, and the production site: occupational diseases, accidents, defects, environmental pollution, transport of hazardous materials.
  • Make recommendations to the various departments regarding the design of workstations, the choice of equipment, and the definition of methods and processes.
  • Develop an action plan: prevention of risky situations, improvement of existing processes.
  • Take into account hazard warnings issued by operational staff and conduct investigations after accidents to determine their causes (work-related accidents, environmental accidents, etc.).
  • Design specific tools (printed materials, training materials, personal protective equipment) for internal departments to facilitate decision-making, ensure traceability and improve the reliability of safety procedures.
  • Supervise the implementation of the action plan (reception of representatives of verification or certification bodies, site safety, interventions of external partners: subcontractors, service providers, firefighters).
  • Verify the facilities and their compliance by carrying out inspection visits of equipment and products, and by performing
  • Champion a culture of integrity, safety, and customer focus. Lead product recalls, withdrawals, and crisis management protocols.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root-cause methodologies. Design specific tools (printed materials, training materials, personal protective equipment) for internal departments to facilitate decision-making, ensure traceability and improve the reliability of safety procedures.
  • Supervise the implementation of the action plan (reception of representatives of verification or certification bodies, site safety, interventions of external partners: subcontractors, service providers, firefighters).
  • Verify the facilities and their compliance by carrying out inspection visits of equipment and products, and by performing chemical analyses in the environment near the production site.
  • To carry out statistical assessments, analyze and utilize the results of the action plan in relation to the objectives defined beforehand. Establish quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental indicators to conduct audits by the departments.
  • Develop and implement the Group-wide QHSE strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Define policies, governance frameworks, and performance standards across all business units.
  • Provide expert guidance to Executive Leadership and support decision-making related to risk, compliance, and quality, including all operational units/warehouse/logistics, and ongoing business expansion.
  • Oversee implementation of global food safety standards – ISO 9001 / ISO 14000 and ISO 22000.
  • Ensure product quality consistency across manufacturing plants and trading operations.
  • Lead quality assurance for new product development (NPD), specifications, labeling, and packaging compliance.
  • Manage supplier quality assurance (SQA), including audits, approvals, and performance ratings.
  • Ensure traceability, allergen management, and food defense programs.
  • Highly required deep knowledge about HACCP / QMS / IMS / GMP / GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), Lean management. Manage and mentor QHSE managers and site leads across all business units.
  • Build cross-functional QHSE competency and training programs.
  • Lead product recalls, withdrawals, and crisis management protocols.
  • Establish standards based on OSHA and local regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure safe working conditions in factories, warehouses, offices, and logistics operations.
  • Oversee incident investigation, reporting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Implement safety culture programs, behaviour-based safety (BBS), and emergency response programs.
  • Ensure proper waste management, water use control, and carbon emission monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities for environmental impact reduction and resource optimization.
  • Lead internal and external audits (ISO, regulatory, customer audits).
  • Maintain the Group’s certifications and regulatory licenses.

  • Ensure full compliance with food authorities, environmental agencies, and labor safety laws.

  • Develop enterprise QHSE risk registers and mitigation plans.

  • Conduct hazard analysis, food safety risk assessments, and operational risk reviews.

  • Lead business continuity and crisis management frameworks.

  • Establish KPIs for quality, HSE, and sustainability performance across all sites.

  • Present dashboards and reports to the CEO/Board.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root-cause methodologies.

  • Design specific tools (printed materials, training materials, personal protective equipment) for internal departments to facilitate decision-making, ensure traceability and improve the reliability of safety procedures.

  • Supervise the implementation of the action plan (reception of representatives of verification or certification bodies, site safety, interventions of external partners: subcontractors, service providers, firefighters).

  • Verify the facilities and their compliance by carrying out inspection visits of equipment and products, and by performing chemical analyses in the environment near the production site.

  • PROFILE
  • Academic level: Professional Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Quality, Safety, and Environment
  • Additional training and/or qualifications: Good understanding of the ISO certification process
  • Professional experience: 10 years plus leadership roles and auditor certificate

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • General knowledge in science: chemistry, physiology, biology, anatomy, physics, electricity, etc.
  • A good understanding of how the company operates: organizational chart, job roles, to grasp the various levers for action within the HSE policy.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulations relating to hygiene, safety, the environment and working conditions.
  • Knowledge of ISO quality standards or more broadly of Quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Proficiency in emergency response techniques, particularly in first aid and firefighting.
  • Essential concepts in labor law, administrative law, urban planning, public health and the environment.
