The Cameroon Baptist Convention (CBC) Health Services is currently recruiting twenty (20) motivated and committed individuals to join its team in promoting Inclusive Education. The Cameroon Baptist Convention (CBC) Health Services is currently recruiting twenty (20) individuals to support the conversion of secondary school textbooks into accessible formats for students with visual impairments.
This important project, carried out under the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (SEEPD) Program, aims to improve access to quality educational materials for learners with visual disabilities across both streams of Cameroon’s dual education system.

Available Positions
Stream 1: Francophone Subsystem
Stream 2: English Subsystem
Applicants must clearly indicate the stream for which they are applying in their motivation letter.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Own a personal laptop.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Have basic knowledge of document formatting.
- Be available for full-time work (Tuesday to Saturday) for a period of eight (8) weeks.
- Work daily from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with two short breaks).
- If applying as a teacher, not be engaged in GCE, Probatoire, or Baccalauréat marking during the project period.
- Reside in Bamenda or be able to arrange their own accommodation in Bamenda.

- Notification of Selected Candidates: Saturday, June 14, 2025
- Training: June 17 – June 21, 2025
- Book Conversion Period: Begins June 24, 2025 (for 8 weeks)
- Workdays: Tuesdays to Saturdays
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation
Selected candidates will receive a stipend for their contribution throughout the duration of the project.
