Date des épreuves orales d’admission au concours NASLA 2022/2023

Le Directeur Général de la National School of Local Administration (NASLA) porte à la connaissance des candidats ayant présenté les concours d’entrée dans ladite institution, pour le recrutement d’une part, de deux cents (200) élèves au cycle A et d’autre part, deux cent vingt (220) élèves au cycle B, que les résultats des admissibilités sont disponibles. 

En outre, les épreuves orales d’admission se dérouleront le 18 février 2023 pour le cycle A et le 19 février 2023 pour le cycle B, au centre unique de BUEA, au siège de la NASLA. Les candidats admissibles devront se présenter dès 07 heures précises à l’amphithéâtre 360 places, munis de leurs Cartes Nationales d’Identité

Par ailleurs, il informe les candidats au concours pour le recrutement de quatre (80) élèves au cycle C, que les résultats définitifs seront publiés au même moment que ceux de cycles A et B.

INTERSOS is looking for 10 PROTECTION MONITORS

Reports to: Protection Monitor Team Leader
Duty station: Bamenda and Kumba
Type of contract: Fixed Term
Duration of employment contract: 10 months subject to funding
Availability: March 2023

Main objective and tasks 

S/he is responsible for the collection of protection data and for the overall monitoring of the protection context in the assigned area. Contribute to the design of methodology and analysis and liaise directly with affected communities.
S/he identifies individuals at risk through household level assessments or individual interviews and provides them with orientation on available services or refers those with specific protection concerns as required. 

Tasks :

    • Conduct protection monitoring activities at household and community level using different quantitative and qualitative tools
    • Identify key informants in the community to involve in regular protection monitoring activities through semi-structured or unstructured interviews (KIIs)
  • Facilitate Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) amongst community members on selected topics to better understand the causes and consequences of identified risks
  • Monitor and report protection concern and trends, new population displacements and movements in the areas of operations
  • Report to the Protection Monitor Team Leader any serious protection incidents or immediate protection concern identified within target communities
  • Identify individual cases with protection concerns during data collection for referral to internal services or specialized agencies
  • Verify collected information on protection risks as well as availability and access to services through direct observation of the area
  • Support the Protection Monitor Team Leader in reporting qualitative and quantitative data and information
  • Map main service providers in the area of intervention and identify and report gaps in the availability of services and quality of service provision
  • Carry out all tasks respecting key protection principles including but not limited to: do no harm, non-discrimination, confidentiality, accountability and need-toknow principles
  • Support sensitization, information dissemination and awareness raising activities.

Educational and professional experience required  

  • University degree in a related field e.g. social sciences or equivalent is an asset
  • Training in humanitarian protection thematics such as community-based protection, survival centered-case management, PSEA, GBV and Child protection will be an asset.

Technical and behavioral competencies required Work Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a humanitarian context, in an association, NGO or INGO, with at least 1 year of field work experience in the NW or SW regions during the context of crisis
  • One year of relevant working experience in the protection sector
  • Previous working experience with IDPs, refugees and returnees
  • Strong knowledge of international protection in the humanitarian context
  • Strong knowledge in other protection areas (i.e. case management, psychosocial support activities etc.)
  • Experience working and / or collaborating on a UNCHR project would be an asset.
  • Leadership, planning and organizational skills
  • Respect and non-discriminatory attitude
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

IT: Advanced Knowledge of  

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, outlook),
  • Mainstream web browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox) 
  • Web-based mainstream chat and conferencing tools/platforms (Skype, Teams, Zoom and WebEx)
  • Web 2.0 tools (cloud storage, webmail and others)

Languages  

  • Fluency in both written and oral formal English
  • Strong redactional and reporting skills
  • Fluency in Pidgin English

Tell Me About Gauteng City Region Academy (GCRA) Bursary:
 

The Gauteng City Region Academy (GCRA) is a branch of the Gauteng Department of Education that aims to promote skills development in Gauteng, South Africa. This is done through the establishment of learnerships, internships, bursaries (GCRA bursary), skills programme and career guidance programmes. The Gauteng youth, business sectors and Gauteng government employees are the major beneficiaries of the GCRA.

The GCRA has developed an Unemployment database in order to identify participants for development programs. The employment opportunities will come from Gauteng Provincial Government departments, municipalities, government agencies and the private sectors. Interviews, as well as other application procedures and results, will be used as a basis for program selection. The aim is to build a skilled, capable and ethical workforce for the region.

Who can apply for Gauteng City Region Academy (GCRA) Bursary?
To be selected for the bursary award, you must fulfill the eligibility criteria. Since there are a limited number of bursaries on offer, GCRA cannot award them to everyone who’s applying. The criteria are in place to select the appropriate candidates. Applicants that do not meet all of the requirements will not be considered. Therefore, always cross-check before applying.The eligibility requirements for Gauteng City Region Academy (GCRA) Bursary 2023 are:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must reside within the Gauteng province
  • Must be between the age of 18 to 35 at the time of applying
  • Must have completed Matriculation
  • Students on an undergraduate programme must be either studying or have registered themselves to study at a PSET (Post School Education and Training) that’s registered and accredited institution
  • Postgrad students must be either studying or have registered themselves to study at an institution of higher learning
  • Must have a strong academic record

Not everyone fulfilling the above criteria will be selected. The applicants who meet the following criteria will get preference over others and will automatically be selected:

  • Top achiever at their school in Gauteng
  • Belong to the top three learners if studying at a no-fee paying government school in Gauteng
  • Belong to the top three learners if studying at an LSEN (Learners with Special Education Needs) school in Gauteng

What is the Benefit of Gauteng City Region Academy (GCRA) Bursary?

GCRA is offering financial assistance to students who want to continue their education but lack the resources to cover the cost of study. The GCRA bursary programme is intended for both undergraduate students and those in post-graduate studies who reside within the province of Gauteng. Students can be in any field of study. As long as they meet the eligibility requirements (detailed in the next section), they can apply for the bursary funding.
 

Once awarded, the bursary will cover the following expenses:

  • Registration fees
  • Tuition fees
  • Accommodation cost
  • Books
  • Laptop

Those staying in residence will receive a maximum amount of R 65,000. Students residing off-campus or in private accommodation will receive a maximum of R 47,000. GCRA will calculate the final amount each bursar will receive.

Shortlisted candidates will get notification regarding their selection within 3 to 4 weeks of the closing date. If you didn’t receive any email or phone call by then, consider your application to be unsuccessful.

L’entreprise veut se doter d’une expertise dans le domaine du CDG pour que la Direction puisse avoir à sa disposition les outils nécessaires à son pilotage

Vos Challenges : 

Au sein de la Direction Administrative et Financière, vous interviendrez en soutien à l’activité Retail en lien constant avec les équipes opérationnelles des magasins.

En tant que véritable Business Partner des points de vente, vous serez le garant de :

    • la co-construction des budgets et des forecasts avec le métier,
    • de l’animation de la performance auprès des opérationnels (ventes, marge, démarque, CAPEX, OPEX, stocks, BFR)
    • du respect et de l’amélioration des procédures de gestion (inventaires, caisse, stock, etc…)
    • la construction de plan d’actions avec le métier, et de la participation active à leur suivi,
    • la gestion des clôtures comptables, de l’analyse des résultats, et du partage de l’information auprès de vos interlocuteurs,
  • l’élaboration de nouveaux KPI permettant de piloter l’activité,
  • apporter une vision 360° sur les impacts internes / externes des décisions commerciales

Votre profil :

  • De formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 (type école de commerce), vous justifiez de 3 à 4 années d’expérience en Contrôle de Gestion, idéalement dans le Retail.
  • Au niveau technique, vous avez une appétence forte pour l’analyse chiffrée et vous maitrisez le pack Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) 
  • Des connaissances de SAP et SQL seraient appréciées. 
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel et savez adapter vos messages à votre auditoire. 
  • De plus, vous avez un goût prononcé pour le travail en équipe et êtes force de proposition. 
  • Vous l’aurez compris, ce poste est une belle opportunité pour un profil confirmé (3/4 ans d’expérience) qui souhaite se confronter à un environnement opérationnel riche et exigeant.

PROFIL DU POSTE : Le Market Developper est chargé du suivi de la Distribution et Activations des vecteurs de vente des PET et MADIBA dans les boutiques de son Territoire

ACTIVITÉS :

1. Gestion du portefeuille produit et client 

  • Recrutement de clients potentiels
  • Développement des clients au travers de nos marques
  • Développer les différents sku présent dans le portefeuille produit de l’entreprise Construire une base de données client fiable et durable

2. Assure l’effectivité de la distribution

  • Accroît les volumes, part de marché et la distribution dans son secteur géographique.
  • Établit avec les clients les plans d’approvisionnement mensuel cascadés hebdomadairement de son dépôt.
  • Veuillez au respect des prix homologués.
  • Veuillez au respect des différents mécanismes promotionnels.
  • S’assurer de la présence effective de toutes nos marques et leur visibilité dans son territoire.
  • S’assurer d’une couverture efficiente de son territoire par ses clients Être en constante veille concurrentielle.

3. Développe le relationnel 

  • Bonne compréhension de ce qui est requis pour développer et maintenir des relations mutuellement bénéfiques avec les clients.
  • Etabli un canal de communication privilégié avec le management-up afin de créer une adhésion rapide aux idées commercialement viables.
  • Travaille avec les différentes ressources clients dans les processus de vente opérationnels aux partenaires

SAVOIR

  • Niveau académique Minimum Baccalauréat en Gestion (marketing, vente, comptabilité…) ou une formation scientifique
  • Formation et/ou qualification complémentaires :
  • Expérience professionnelle : 06 Mois à 1 An Comme Commercial
