Liaison hiérarchique : Directeur des ressources humaines

Missions principales: 

L’Assistant(e) RH assure la gestion du personnel ainsi que la mise en œuvre des procédures afférentes sous la supervision de son supérieur hiérarchique.

Missions et attributions:

  • Administration du personnel
  • Gestion de la paie et préparation des fiches de paie
  • Suivi administratif des dossiers du personnel (rédaction des contrats de travail et préparation des documents de fin de contrat….)
  • Calcul des soldes de tout compte
  • Gestion de l’incorporation des nouvelles ressources
  • Rédaction des courriers disciplinaires
  • Classement et archivage physique et numérique des dossiers du personnel

Formation et compétences opérationnelles :

  • Niveau minimum Bac +3 en GRH, gestion-comptabilité, droit
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire
  • Bonnes bases en droit du travail camerounais
  • Connaissance du logiciel SAGE PAIE exigée
  • Connaissances des procédures générales de la gestion des ressources humaines Excellentes compétences de communication et relationnelles
  • Une expérience professionnelle dans une agence de placement serait un atout 

Savoir être :

  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Autonomie et approche axée sur les résultats
  • Rigueur, organisation, polyvalence
