KENNY’S HOUSE is an apart hotel located at the heart of Cameroon’s capital. In a bid to improve the quality of service to our highly esteemed clients, the management is reinforcing its staff with a mass recruitment 08 Hostesses on a permanent basis.
Job description
- Ensure that customer needs and desires are met
- Ensur that lobby area is tidy and presentable
- Greet customers as they step into the hotel facility
- Attend to customer complaints
- Provide helpful and inviting environment for guests
- Answer questions asked by guests
- Constantly remind servers of guets waiting
Requirements
- Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress
- Demonstrate customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Availiability to work in shifts as needed
- Good physical condition to walk and stand durinng an entire shift
- At least 1.60 metres fail

- At least a GCE Advanced Level certifcate, a relevant certification in marketingg, customer care, hospitality management or any related discipline is an added advantage
- Copy of national identity card

- A letter of motivation addressed to the General Manager of Kenny’s Great House
- A passport size photograph (4fois 4)& a full picture
