- Parfaite Présentation
- Aisance communicationelle
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.
- Sens de l’organisation
- Maîtrise du pack Microsoft
- Maîtrise de la suite Adobe (Illustrator et Photoshop) serait un atout
NIVEAU REQUIS
- Niveau Bacc +2 minimum
- Age: entre 21 et 30 ans
- Etre bilingue est un atout
- Disponible

- Handling office management duties, meetings and appointements
- Handling calendar évents, organizing reports and documents, answering phone calls
- Setting up meetings and managing the planning of the Director and Team
- Participation in the internal and external communication of the company
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Perfect presentation
- Good communication skills
- Good writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft pack
- Good knowledge of the Adobe suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) would be an asset
REQUIRED LEVEL
- Bacc +2 or higher
- Age: between 21 and 30
- Bilingualism is an asset
