CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – Faculty Recruitment – 2025–2026 Academic Year
Binguela Institute of Agricultural Technologies (BIAT)

The Director of the Binguela School of Practical Agriculture (EPAB), acting in his capacity as Coordinator of the Binguela Institute of Agricultural Technologies (BIAT), is pleased to announce the launch of a recruitment campaign for qualified and experienced teaching staff for the 2025–2026 academic year.

1. Open Positions

Applications are invited in the following disciplines:

General Education Subjects

Technical and Specialized Subjects

• Animal Production
• Plant Production
• Agroeconomics
• Rural Engineering

• Agri-Food Product Development
• Business Communication

2. Eligibility Criteria

Prospective candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• Possess at least a Master’s degree, Engineering diploma, or PhD in a relevant field;
• Have a minimum of three (3) years’ proven teaching experience at the higher education or technical training level.

4. Application Package

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

• A signed motivation letter addressed to the BIAT Coordinator, indicating the subject(s) and course(s) they wish to teach, along with their availability;
• Certified copies of all academic certificates and transcripts (from Advanced Level and above);
• A detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) highlighting relevant professional experience, areas of specialization, and any research or training projects undertaken;
• A medical certificate dated within the past two months;
• A copy of the national identity card;
• A recent police clearance certificate;
• A proposed course syllabus for each subject applied for, outlining content structure and teaching methodology.

5. Submission Guidelines

Complete applications must be received no later than 15 July 2025, either via email at:  itab.cameroun@gmail.com or submitted in person to the EPAB/ITAB administrative office.
