Background:

We seek a law firm or a lawyer to provide us with legal assistance in a general and judicial manner depending on the dispute.

Mission of the Consultant

• Provide legal advice and assistance to WWF on assigned cases;
•  Follow up on court cases, including the initiation of required legal proceedings;
•  Ensure that all court decisions are removed from the court and forwarded to WWF for archiving;
•  Update WWF officials on the progress of legal proceedings and provide timely alerts on obstacles and difficulties observed;
• Provide review and advice on any pending legal cases, as needed;
•  Monitor the preparation of legal and administrative documents and provide assistance as needed.

Profile:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

•  Be a registered lawyer at the Cameroon Bar with at least five years of experience;
• Law firm located in the Central Region of Cameroon;
• Excellent written and spoken French;
• Excellent written and spoken French; Fluency in English preferred;
• Proven ability to write reports;
• Good analytical skills;
• Strong experience in labor law;
• Excellent communication skills.
