Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Officer at LOYOC, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our financial integrity and supporting our youth empowerment programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Management & Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, overseeing cash management, and maintaining adherence to financial guidelines.
- Audit & Compliance: Coordinating responses to internal and external audits, implementing audit recommendations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Payment & Reconciliation: Ensuring timely and accurate payments, executing month-end and year-end processes, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Cash-Based Interventions: Managing and controlling finances related to Cash-Based Interventions, adhering to relevant financial guidelines.
- Project Control: Performing project control functions for both directly and indirectly implemented activities, ensuring financial oversight and monitoring.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Preparing financial reports, monitoring expenditures against approved budgets, and ensuring effective financial control.
