Plan International Cameroon is currently hiring for the position of Supply Chain Manager based in Yaoundé.
In this role, the Supply Chain Manager (SCM) will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the strategic direction of the Country Supply Chain in line with the Global Strategy of Plan International, as well as adhering to the organization’s standards and processes.
As the postholder, you will play a crucial role in supply chain planning, providing proactive support to meet project needs while ensuring compliance with Donor rules and regulations, internal policies of Plan International, and ethical standards.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar position is required, with a preference for experience in the humanitarian/NGO sector.
The SCM should have a track record in a similar context, demonstrating expertise in country-wide supply chain management, including procurement, fleet management, warehousing, distribution, and security management. Proficiency in IT skills, particularly in software such as Excel, integrated resources management (ERP), SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, is essential.
Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is a requirement for this role.
