Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with all company procedures and policies.
- Effectively handle customer interactions, with a strong focus on identifying and solving issues efficiently.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information at all times.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the company’s systems.
- Address customer complaints professionally, providing prompt and suitable solutions.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to strengthen and expand customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- University degree in management, finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in IT tools, with an emphasis on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector.

- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated rigor, integrity, and a keen sense of customer service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of microfinance products and services is essential.
