To support this ambitious growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging content that enhances the Maviance brand and improves its appeal to clients and partners. As part of the Marketing, Brand, and Communication team, you will collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain a consistent and impactful visual identity for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality graphic designs for both digital and print materials, including marketing campaigns, presentations, and social media content.
- Work closely with the Brand and Communication Manager to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the company’s goals and vision.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of Maviance’s brand identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the fintech, technology, or digital services sectors.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and ability to design for various mediums.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Graphic Designer – Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create High-Quality Visual Content: Design logos, icons, graphics, infographics, and other materials for use across multiple platforms, including the website, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Brand Identity Development: Establish and maintain a consistent visual brand identity by creating and implementing comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Visual Communication Support: Design marketing materials and visual elements for campaigns, corporate events, and other promotional activities.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and communication team to craft and execute impactful visual communication strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct research to stay informed about current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging across all communication channels.
Education and Skills:
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Design Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Creativity and Innovation: Strong ability to generate original ideas and designs that align with brand objectives.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles to enhance digital interfaces and user experiences.
- Experience in creating social media visual content and video editing.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Figma and Slack to streamline workflows.
- Proficiency in developing visual content and videos tailored for events and marketing campaigns.
