JOB OPENING
Ethiopian Airlines Cameroon Office is seeking to hire a Junior Customer Service Agent – Airport for the Douala International Airport Office. The position offers a Fixed Term Employment Contract for a duration of 2 years, with the potential for extension based on performance.
Applicants should have a solid understanding of the aviation sector, excellent customer service skills, proficiency in flight handling and financial procedures, as well as substantial training and experience in Airport Operations.
Required Competencies
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar or related position within another airline.
- Certification in airport passenger handling, ramp, and cargo handling.
- Completion of airline system training in check-in processes, boarding, flight dispatching, and customer services.
- Minimum of a college diploma in aviation or related fields, or completion of a school of aviation marketing.
- Age not exceeding 40 years old.
- Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage operational activities with attention to detail.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and short notice.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to cover operational needs.
