Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Trade Marketing and NAB Business Development Manager to drive the strategy, production, and promotion of our non-alcoholic beverage (NAB) portfolio. This role is crucial in implementing regional Trade Marketing initiatives that engage both existing and potential customers and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development & Marketing: Oversee the full cycle of product creation, production, and marketing of NAB offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Trade Marketing Leadership: Spearhead regional trade marketing strategies tailored to effectively reach and captivate our customer base, both current and prospective.
- Performance & Standards Monitoring: Use performance tools such as SFA and EDS to assess and elevate sales standards, consistently driving commercial excellence across the region.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will embody strong leadership qualities and demonstrate effectiveness in fast-paced, challenging environments with minimal guidance. Key qualifications include:
- Proven business acumen and successful experience in delivering complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills, paired with a solid foundation in commercial standards and sales fundamentals.
- Demonstrated team collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Educational Requirement: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Age Range: 28-35 years.
- Experience: 4+ years in CSD business management, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Commercial Operations.
