Position Overview: Non-Alcoholic Beverage and Trade Marketing Operations Manager
The Non-Alcoholic Beverage and Trade Marketing Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the development, production, and marketing of our non-alcoholic beverage products. This position involves:
- Leading Trade Marketing Operations: Develop and implement comprehensive national Trade Marketing strategies that effectively target both existing and potential customers.
- Evaluating Commercial Standards: Ensure a thorough assessment of sales standards and fundamentals through the use of tools such as SFA (Sales Force Automation) and EDS (Electronic Data Systems).
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong Business Judgment: A proven track record of successful project delivery and analytical skills.
- Team Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and maintain commercial standards and sales fundamentals.
- Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) business management, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and Commercial Operations.
- Age Range: Candidates should be between 30 to 40 years old.
