Role Description
ZEEGO is seeking a Service Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Buea. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of service technicians. The Service Manager will establish and maintain client relationships, plan and execute maintenance programs, and analyze service data to identify areas for improvement.
ualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including service management, operations management, or client management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and the team.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and managing a team to achieve company goals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement maintenance plans, drive process improvements, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, capable of making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with the transportation industry and knowledge of Buea and its surrounding areas would be advantageous.
