The Team You Would Join:
The market engagement division of Sun King’s pay-as-you-go (PAYG) consumer sales enterprise is represented by the EasyBuy Direct Sales team. This team is responsible for the recruitment, supervision, and management of the company’s extensive network of commission-based sales representatives, known as “Energy Officers,” who actively promote and distribute Sun King’s PAYG solar solutions while offering ongoing customer support within their respective localities.
Through the innovative EasyBuy PAYG solar approach, consumers have the opportunity to acquire a Sun King solar home system by initiating a modest initial payment and subsequently settling the remaining balance through a structured installment plan over a defined timeframe.
About the Role:
- Responsibilities of the Sun King Store Executive
The primary responsibility of the Sun King Store Executive is to achieve performance targets for Sun King Stores in the designated area, focusing on both quality and quantity.
What You Would Be Expected to Do
- Inventory Management
- Supervise stock reception and maintain inventory records from the warehouse.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) standards for stock issuance.
- Dispatch stock based on demand requirements.
- Keep stock cards up-to-date.
- Maintain an online log of Goods Received and Goods Issued.
- Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Handle faulty stock returns from the field and arrange for disposal.
- Conduct monthly stock audits.
- Manage spare parts inventory and reorder when necessary.
- Reports
- Generate daily reports on available stock and share details with the team.
- Provide reports on daily stock issuances for replacement or replenishment.
- Repairs and Spare Parts Management
- Manage repair tools and tool kits.
- Perform basic diagnostics on faulty units before replacement.
- Carry out basic repairs on units covered under warranty.
- Store Management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the center, ensuring that the shop floor arrangement aligns with SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) standards.
- Keep the repair workbench tidy and compliant with safety protocols.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers as required.
- Receive faulty components, identify technical issues, and verify warranty eligibility through technical checks.
- Support Energy Officers and collaborate with the Call Center to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications for Strong Candidacy
- Educational Background
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
- Work Experience and Skills
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a service center environment.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Sun King products.
- Display high levels of integrity, along with a proactive and positive approach.
- Showcase a strong customer-oriented focus.
- Function as a collaborative team member with exceptional flexibility.
- Showcase proficiency in report writing and data management.
- Demonstrate aptitude with data analysis and possess robust problem-solving abilities.
