  • Position Title: Sun King Store Executive (Bilingual)
  • Location: Noun, Cameroon

About the Role

The Sun King Store Executive is responsible for achieving and maintaining performance goals across Sun King Stores in the designated area, ensuring targets are met in both quality and quantity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

  • Receive and Track Stock: Receive stock shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure stock levels align with demand.
  • Stock Issuance and Dispatch: Follow FIFO standards (First In, First Out) for issuing stock; dispatch inventory as required.
  • Stock Maintenance: Regularly update stock cards and maintain digital logs for Goods Received and Goods Issued.
  • Cycle Counts and Stock Take: Conduct daily cycle counts and a full monthly stock take to reconcile inventory.
  • Faulty Stock and Spare Parts: Handle faulty stock returned from the field and consolidate items for disposal; manage spare parts inventory and place re-orders as needed.

2. Reporting

  • Daily Inventory Reporting: Compile a daily on-hand stock report and share with the relevant team members.
  • Replacement and Replenishment Reporting: Track daily stock issued for replacement or replenishment.

3. Repairs and Spare Parts Management

  • Tool and Repair Kit Management: Maintain custody of repair tools and kits.
  • Faulty Unit Checks: Perform preliminary checks on faulty units and handle basic repairs for items still under warranty.

4. Store Operations

  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and arranged by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to prevent workplace hazards, particularly around the repair workbench.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist walk-in customers, assess faulty items, diagnose technical issues, and verify warranty eligibility.
  • Customer Support: Support Energy Officers and coordinate with the Call Center to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

You could be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Bring 2 years of experience in a service or customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Sun King products.
  • Are known for your integrity, proactive nature, and positive approach.
  • Excel in customer service with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Possess report-writing skills, along with a strong aptitude for data and problem-solving.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
