I. BACKGROUND
Good Neighbors Cameroon (GNCMR) is an international non-governmental organization operating under South Korean law. Active in Cameroon since 2014, GNCMR is engaged in development and humanitarian work. The organization is currently implementing the KEFFS project in the localities of Katoual, Mokolo, Tokombéré, Logone-Birni, and Maroua 1, with funding from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.
The project seeks to enhance the resilience and productivity of small-scale producers by supporting climate-smart agricultural, livestock, and fishing practices, improving post-harvest management, and facilitating better access to markets.
To support data collection activities for this project in the Far North Region, GNCMR is seeking 50 experienced enumerators.
II. SCOPE OF WORK
Selected enumerators will be responsible for the following tasks:

Sensitize beneficiaries on the purpose and objectives of the survey

Collect both quantitative and qualitative data from households and individuals using KoboCollect software

Submit collected data daily to their Field Officer

Report any anomalies or challenges encountered during fieldwork

Adhere to GNCMR’s policies on Accountability, Safeguarding, and Security
III. CANDIDATE PROFILE
Minimum Requirements:
-
Possess a Baccalaureate (any series)
-
Own a functional smartphone
IV. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
-
Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection (at least two previous data collection assignments using KoboCollect, ODK, or similar platforms)

Fluency in French and at least one local language spoken in the intervention areas (e.g., Fulfulde, Chadian Arabic, Kotoko, Kanouri, Guiziga, Mafa, Moufou, Mada, Musgum)

Applicants must select their preferred area of intervention

VI. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Applications should be addressed to the Country Director of Good Neighbors Cameroon and submitted in person to the organization’s office in Maroua, located in Pitoare, near the 400 Places junction, behind Cavaye Yeguie Djibril.

VII. SELECTION PROCESS

Selection will be based on a review of application materials and may include an oral interview

Selected candidates must participate in a mandatory two-day training prior to survey deployment
