Huawei Cameroon is currently looking for a motivated Account Manager – AR to join our growing team in Cameroon. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role within a global technology leader and contribute to engineering excellence through strategic customer management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ strategies, challenges, and network infrastructure.
- Identify both explicit and implicit customer needs, influence decision-makers, and deliver tailored solutions that support their business growth.
- Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with key stakeholders and large accounts.
- Manage customer expectations to drive high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Establish trust-based partnerships that align with Huawei’s short- and long-term business objectives.
- Act as a core team member on strategic projects: assess market trends, seize business opportunities, and meet project goals through effective execution.
- Oversee end-to-end project operations, including quality control, transaction management, and business performance tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We’re seeking a dynamic professional who can take ownership of customer relationships, drive business success, and lead cross-functional operations.
You should be able to:
- Serve as a business value driver by addressing core customer issues.
- Foster a strong business ecosystem for long-term monetization and growth.
- Design and implement account strategies that align with client objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performance, sales-driven team.
- Own and deliver on key project goals while ensuring profitable growth.
- Maintain operational excellence through compliant and effective processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of continuous experience in the ICT sector, with strong technical knowledge.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Marketing, or Sales.
- Must be a Cameroonian national.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
