Huawei Cameroon is currently looking for a Business Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals seeking a leadership role in engineering innovation and telecommunications strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-level marketing and business engagements with Telecom Operators, including CMOs and CEOs.
• Host meetings, workshops, and summits to gather customer insights and present Huawei’s strategic solutions.
• Develop trust-based relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to promote Huawei’s recommendations.
• Create impactful presentations, case studies, and tailored proposals to help customers understand the value of Huawei’s consulting services.
• Conduct in-depth research on both local and global telecom market trends to uncover opportunities and challenges.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify key business pain points related to strategy, customer experience, sales channels, and financial performance.
• Design effective business and technology consulting solutions that align with the customer’s capabilities, budget, and objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Outstanding presentation skills, especially in high-level business discussions that influence decision-makers.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience conducting thorough research, gathering, filtering, and organizing data from various reliable sources.
• Willingness to travel across the MENA region (at least 35% of the time).
• Adaptability to different cultures and professional environments.
• A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Development, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles within the telecom industry, preferably with at least 3 years in a CMO or Marketing Director position at a leading operator in the Middle East or North Africa.
• Must be a Cameroonian national.
