OLOMAGRI is recruiting for its services 01 Administration Officer in Cameroon.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Fleet & Generator Management:

  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of company vehicles.
  • Maintain precise records for vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate regular vehicle maintenance, fuel refills, and repairs to ensure optimal operation.
  • Manage fuel efficiency for company vehicles and generators.
  • Liaise with insurance and police regarding vehicle losses or incidents.

Office Supplies & Consumables:

  • Manage office consumables, ensuring efficient expenditure tracking.
  • Identify and coordinate supply needs for offices and small equipment.

Expatriate Housing Management:

  • Supervise accommodation arrangements for expatriate staff.
  • Ensure housing meets company standards and is well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with landlords and service providers for repairs or maintenance.

Residence Permits & Visas:

  • Assist expatriates with applications and renewals for residence permits and visas.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of permits and visas, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Support with exit and re-entry visas for permanent residents.
  • Handle the processing of residential permits for expatriates and their families.
  • Assist with the reception of visitors and their visas at the airport.
  • Collaborate with immigration authorities and legal advisors when necessary.

Headquarters Premises Maintenance:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the headquarters.
  • Coordinate with service providers for cleaning, repairs, water and electricity services.
  • Ensure the premises comply with health and safety standards.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure a functional work environment.

Telecommunication Coordination:

  • Manage relationships with phone service providers to ensure employees receive necessary phone credits.
  • Ensure timely top-ups for employees and resolve any issues related to phone services.

Pool Car & Driver Administration:

  • Oversee the scheduling and allocation of pool cars and drivers.
  • Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and adhere to safety standards.
  • Supervise drivers, coordinating their schedules to meet the company’s transportation needs.

Administrative Support & Security Coordination:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Coordinate security for all company sites and manage hotel agreements.
  • Support logistics teams with the upkeep and cleaning of warehouse areas.
  • Oversee canteen contracts and ensure the supply of office equipment.
  • Assist with report preparation, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for all administrative documentation.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Bac + 2/3) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of local residence permit and visa regulations.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • High level of integrity, autonomy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
