BRAIN RH is currently seeking an Administration Officer for a Multinational Company in the Maritime Transportation and Transit Industry.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Administration Officer to join our team. The main responsibility of this role will be to manage and oversee all interactions with administrative vendors and suppliers, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board.
Profile Requirements:
- Education: A minimum of a 2-year degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar administrative role. Previous experience in the maritime or logistics industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Orders (PO): Issue POs for all administrative services and goods as required.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain efficient processes for managing vendor contracts to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual terms.
- Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Invoice Processing & Payments: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely invoice processing and payment settlements in compliance with company policies.
- Additional Duties: Carry out other relevant tasks and ad hoc duties as required.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and French will be an advantage.
