JOB TITLE: Customer Support Representative
LOCATION: Yaoundé
CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed-Term
NUMBER OF VACANCIES: 04
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Managing customer inquiries across various digital communication channels such as WhatsApp, calls, emails, and social networks.
QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of A level plus 2 or 3 successful years of higher education (HND or Bachelor’s degree) in fields like Communication, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
EXPERTISE
- Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls within the call center environment.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions in the database.
- Seize opportunities to promote or advertise products and services to customers.
- Ensure adherence to customer service scripts tailored to different areas of customer service.
- Identify customer needs, address inquiries, conduct necessary research, and offer sustainable solutions to issues.
KNOWLEDGE
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong writing abilities.
- Competence in using computer systems.
- Sound understanding of banking operations.
SOCIAL SKILLS
- Exhibit superb listening, observational, and evaluative capabilities.
- Display adaptability and versatility.
- Show patience, empathy, attentiveness, courtesy, and resilience.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate adeptness in communicating pedagogically.
