Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Strategy: Collect and analyze data to identify new markets, customer needs, and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
- Brand Development: Boost brand visibility through social media, SEO, press releases, influencer partnerships, and media collaboration (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TV, and radio).
- Event Management: Plan and execute internal and external events like exhibitions, webinars, forums, roadshows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to evaluate the performance of branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Present monthly and quarterly reports.
- Budget Allocation: Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, marketing agencies, headquarters, and other regional departments to align marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and team management (solar industry experience is an advantage).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube). Experience with graphic tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator is a plus.
- Media Expertise: Familiarity with local media resources (news, magazines, influencers) in Cameroon, particularly in the solar industry, is preferred.
- Language: Excellent English communication skills, especially in content planning and copywriting.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, leadership skills, and excellent teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee receipt, delivery, and storage of materials. Ensure consistency between inventory records and physical stock.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to warehouse management protocols and operational systems.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records for incoming/outgoing goods, create inventory lists, and centralize storage.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper usage and safety of warehouse tools like forklifts and office supplies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Position: Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify potential clients and promote the company’s products and services.

- Experience with microgrid, photovoltaic, or energy storage projects (preferred).
